kiziltepe
sector

The Kiziltepe Sector is located in western Turkey and includes Kiziltepe Gold-Silver Mine, the company’s first operating asset, as well as the exploration and development prospects of Kepez, Karakavak, Kizilcukur and Ivrindi. Ariana advanced the Kiziltepe Gold-Silver Mine over the course of 10 years from early exploration to production in 2016.

Zenit Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.S. is a three-way partnership operating in Turkey, now owned 23.5% by Ariana. The joint venture is operated by Proccea Construction Co., which also owns 23.5%, with the remaining 53% owned by Ozaltin Holding A.S.

Ariana’s first operating asset, the mine has average production costs of $490 per gold ounce, and has been profitable since early 2017, with profits funding exploration across other Ariana projects. Production capacity has been increased to 400,000 tpa following a process plant expansion in 2021.

Tavsan
Project

The Tavşan Gold Project is located in western Turkey and owned by Zenit Madencilik San. ve Tic. A.S. which is a three-way partnership operating in Turkey between Ariana (23.5%), Proccea Construction Co. (23.5%) and Ozaltin Holding A.S (53%). Dokwe
Project

The Dokwe Gold Project is located in Tsholotsho District 110km WNW of Bulawayo, Zimbabwe. The Dokwe deposits, comprising Dokwe North and Central were discovered by Rockover in 2002, utilising innovative soil geochemical exploration methods capable of detecting mineralisation beneath cover, subsequently drilltested for the first time in 2004. Dokwe represents the largest undeveloped gold project in Zimbabwe and is currently 100% owned by Ariana Resources. A private Net Smelter Return (“NSR”) royalty of 0.5% applies to the project. Dokwe is located within a covered Archaean Greenstone Belt, extending from the border with Botswana (Maitengwe greenstone belt) and linking up with the Bulawayo-Bubi Greenstone Belt to the east. The Archaean greenstone units are overlain by Karoo and Kalahari sedimentary units of up to 25-40m in thickness.

Salinbas and Ardala
Project

The Salinbaş Gold Project is located in north- eastern Turkey within the multi-million ounce Artvin Goldfield, which contains the “Hot Gold Corridor” comprising several significant gold-copper projects including the 4 million ounce Hot Maden project, which lies 16km to the south of Salinbaş. Au-Ag mineralisation at Salinbas lies immediately adjacent to the Ardala polyphase Au-Cu-Mo porphyry.
